Altering design features in the database files

the same answer applies to all 3 points.. you just need to look at the css code and find out what classes are controlling what.
i find it easier with chrome but i am sure FF will do just as well
in chrome right click on any object and select inspect element..
this will then show you all the css that is affecting any part of your page. then just go and find that css and make the changes.. you can even edit the code in the inspector to test how you want it to look before changing the actual code.
