Best method to backup Magento

I’ve bought this backup tool : http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/mageplace-cloud-backup-4781.html and it was ok . I mean it had connection with Dropbox and I used it to dump all data to devs. Now they’ve added cron job to schedule back up and I can actually call it a decent backup that I can recommend.
