Changing Tax To VAT

I suspect that the locale is not up to date.

What you need to do is look at the template files involved and make sure that they are using the proper (‘translate me’) style for the text. Then check out your locale file for the ‘translate me’ string and make sure it is in there. If it isn’t then you will need to add that in the same way that the other translations are.
