I’ve got to second that, took 30+ seconds for the homepage to load on my pc. Is the cache turned on?
I would put money on the lack of speed losing you sales, speed is a big deal nowadays. What’s it running on?
On a positive note, I like the cosmetics and congratulations on a successful port from Zencart. Never a nice job!!
