Custom Module Ideas

I understand how to insert content into the cached page it’s just that by doing so, you stop the page being fully cached. Also, when you create the content you store in $basket, you would have to load the Magento framework, which would have a performance impact.

I got pretty far but then stopped after learning some pretty useful optimisation techniques. I might start looking into it again soon.

I’m working on a module that automatically adds custom fields into the customer registration and account forms at the minute.
