Customers not receiving transactional emails

your server will try to send email as the user listed on the sales email section. for various reasons this may fail.

to avoid this you can tell your server to send the email through an external smtp server. this is where to smtp pro (free) extension can save a lot of grief. enter your exchange details and your emails will be router through this rather than direct from your server.
