Dynamic Price Calculation

I set some tier prices for a product.
The way I want magento to calculate the total is :
base price is £10 for a minimum 10 in qty(I set this in the product inventory)
tier price for next 90 is £5
tier price for another 150 is £4
tier price for rest of qty is £3
I want this to be calculated in the cart instead of taking the value of tier price for the entered qty.
