Error creating store view SQLSTATE[21000]: Cardinality viola

Dear all,

I hope someone can help me. I keep getting the same error code when I create a new store view. I have tried several solutions I have found on this topic, unfortunately none of these worked for me.

Creating a website and a store is no problem. When I try to create a store view the following error pops up, the store view will not be created..

SQLSTATE[21000]: Cardinality violation: 1241 Operand should contain 1 column(s)
