How often do YOU upgrade versions?

Sounds like you’re on the right track 
Doesn’t look like Webgility supports 1.4.1 yet, I suspect it won’t take them long to update.
The only thing I’m not sure about is the hosting, are you in the states?
What sort of hosting package are you looking at?
