Import files not working correctly since version upgrade

This issue is resolved. For those using OpenOffice to create their .csv files make sure when you save them you do so a UTF-8. I had this set in my previous version of O.O. I updated and forgot to set it as a save option.

To change this in Open Office:

When you are on the save screen, tick the “Edit filter settings” box and then once you click save you will be given the option of choosing the encoding format. Simply scroll through the choices and find UTF-8. Click and you’re done.

Not doing this was breaking the import process.
