Hi,

Thanks for this extension. I installed on my dev site and it seems to work fine.

Now that the flat rates work, I need to clarify about the Coutries. In “System -> Configuration -> General” the list of countries appears and only the selected ones will appear in the dropdown at checkout. I understand that selected countries are the ones I am willing to ship to. I use Royal Mail Airsure for deliveries to outside the UK Mainland; should I only select certain countries or all of them?
