Layered Navigation is displaying attributes of other shops

Hi, i am sorry if i am posting in wrong section.
Can anyone help me to fix a problem in Layered navigation.
I have multiple store view running in magento and displaying layered navigation.
My problem is that some attributes are displaying in other store views even these attributes are not related with these stores.
For example.
I have tow stores men.com and women.com, i created an attribute for women shop called ‘body type’ and created an attribute for men shop called ‘colour’ now in layered navigation for men shop ‘colour’ is displaying this is fine but also ‘body type’ is also comming which is not good.
Can anyone tell me how can i fix it.
