I lost two weeks of my life on this damn thing.. It kept creating duplicate products on ebay.. which they really dont like..

Having said that, their support was great (even though they could not fix this particuar clients problem). the extension meny has a support form built in.. drop them a line and i am sure they will get back to you..

i suspect that this extension will form a key part of the whole X-commerce beast as they signed an agreement with ebay / magento a few months back and it suddenly became a free extension..
