Paypal in 1.4.1.1 – Settlement Reports, API?

Hi,

I’m just looking through the Paypal settings in 1.4.1.1 and there are two sections which I can’t find any information about, anywhere – Settlement Report Settings and API/Integration Settings. I’ve googled for some sort of documentation but can’t find anything. Does anyone know anything about these settings and what they do?
