Problem with admin page after servers change

I need your help people. I have Magento installed on host9 servers. They recently changed their IP address from http://174.34.146.50/ to http://173.192.222.69/. I have no problem with front end but there is problem with my admin page.

Firstly – it looks like it has no images – pure HTML. When I try to login I get error page. It looks like the system is trying to connect to old servers. Even when I place my mouse indicator over “Remind password” option I can see that this button leads to http://174.34.146.50 server(old one). I use proper address of my admin page(starts with http://173.192.222.69/) but it looks like it leads to old servers.

What should i change in order to use admin panel again? Is there any file in my Magento that has OLD server addresses written?
