Product URL issue

You could have spyware on your browser. Sometimes spyware software will hijack your browser and attempt to redirect your links to a different URL and in the process mess up things. You don’t say what browser you are using. Whatever you are using try using a different browser. For example if you are using Internet Explorer then try Firefox or Google Chrome (not because they are better but in an attempt to isolate your problem). In general you should run a full virus and spyware scan on your computer. If you continue to have problems and you are using IE 6 or IE 7 I suggest you upgrade to IE 8. Also under Internet Explorer you can try using Diagnose Connection Problems (under the Tools button). That’s the best I can do with the information provided.
