Protx Form Currency Problem

I am having an issue with SagePay giving me the following error, when using the standard protx form payment gateway:

Error occured
3003 : The Currency is invalid..

Has anyone experienced this before in the past? Seems like someone raised the issue on the Magento forum but didn’t get a response (see below).

The currency code being sent over is GBP, and Sagepay don’t seem to have a clue on the problem.
