shipping rates by postcode

Currenty I have a simple shipping rule is in place. If you spend over £150 you get FREE delivery, anything under that is charged a flat rate of £15 per item.

I want to add a further rule in so that if the delivery postcode starts with….EH, DG, FK, G, KA 1-26, 29, 30, KY, ML, PA 1-19, TD then a delivery charge of £26 would be charged regardless of the value of the order. I have about a doze or so postcode areas with different charges so can someone point me int he right direction to implement this.
