Stamps.com/USPS Shipping Option Not Showing

I recently added Stamps.com to our Magento shopping cart. The only problem is it won’t show the USPS as a shipping option in the checkout.

I have gone into Config > Sales > Shipping Methods > USPS > Enable.

I refreshed my cache

Is there something I have to do for each individual product regarding its dimensions?

We are running Magento ver. 1.4.2.0-rc2
