Why is one Magento Store all goofy?

We recently updated from ver 1.3. to 1.4.2.0-rc2. Since that day we have been s-l-o-w-l-y pecking away at the issues we have found. Aggravating as hell on one end and a valuable learning experience on the other end. I’ve gained a great deal of practical knowledge that 6 months ago I never though I would have.
We are down to two major issues, one of which no one here can help with. However the other I am relying on the experts who frequent this forum to take a look at the pages in question and hopefully shed some light on what is causing the effect I’m seeing.
Here are the pages in question:
wholesalepowertools(dot)com/ – see how the center column is off slightly
wholesalepowertools(dot)com/makita/ – same as above
wholesalepowertools(dot)com/milwaukee/ – ditto
wholesalepowertools(dot)com/freud/ — this one is really screwed up
Our hosting company handled the upgrade and have been superlative in helping us resolve most of the issues except these but by their own admission design issues are not their forte’.
