how to make advance search range with custome attribute in magento?

i want to search with costume attribute value in text box with ranges in magento ??

1 product have attribute ‘force’ which have value : 420
2 product have attribute ‘force’ which have value : 320

in front-end single text box which is mention (0-420) search range

how to handle this situation with advance search in magento ??
