Magento Special Price Problem

need to calculate special price as per discounted percentage. also the price will be change on the basis of box changed.

Example:
Regular Price: 1000
Special price: 500

Means Off : 50%

for left eye 1 box : 1000
for right eye 1 box : 1000

means now regular price: 3000
special price should be : 1500

Please help me to do this. looking for help.
