Please Help – Problem with Shipping Tax on the Invoice (Magento)

I am building a webshop with the Magento platform and have hit a major roadblock.
The store is still on localhost, but I will clear out the problem:
The standard invoice doesn’t show the right tax.

I would like to have the product subtotal shown with tax
and I would like to add the tax out of the shipping into the overal tax.

There are 2 images attached that will make it clear for you what I mean and what settings I currently have.

Hopefuly someone here could help me out.
