Shipping methods do’t show in Multi-store set-up

I have a shop on v1.5 with multiple store views. All selected shipping methods, UPS, fixed rate work fine in Main Store, but don’t show up in the shopping cart at all when items from Store B, or Store C are added to the cart. Am I missing something simple? I tried going to the individual store view in admin>config but the shipping methods are not available. Looks like they are set for the website. That was about my only idea…
