Can substitute price with a custom message. Please see design/frontend/base/default/template/pricewatchdog/message.phtml
To enable/disable cart hiding use “nocart” parameter inside app/code/commuinity/PriceWatchdog/etc/config.xml

Please report problems/suggestions: I will try to make necessary changes.
